However, he still stands by his belief that biological men should not be competing against biological women.
Imane Khelif won her opening-round contest after her opponent Angela Carini forfeited the match after just 46 seconds. Prior to this bout, it was revealed that Khelif had failed an undisclosed gender test in 2023, leading to her disqualification from the World Championships. Reports suggested that Khelif had elevated testosterone levels and had XY chromosomes, typically associated with males.
Following the news of Khelif’s disqualification, Logan Paul and other celebrities and athletes criticized the Olympic committee for allowing such competition to take place.
