Apart from the assault charges, Richard has also been accused by Quinn of surveilling her by planting hidden cameras and Apple AirTags in their residence. He has faced charges of child abuse/endangerment, assault, and violation of a protection order. Recently, Richard requested the temporary lifting of the restraining order so he could address property-related issues, claiming he was facing substantial fines due to the property’s abandonment.
In his court filing, Richard requested Quinn to pay him $29,000 per month to stay at the home that he solely owns. He highlighted ongoing fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control for neglecting the property and cited a utility bill exceeding $10,000 as a pressing concern. Despite his claims, Quinn’s legal team reportedly did not respond to his attempts to resolve the matter.
