Milania claimed that the other driver ran a stop sign and hit her car, while the other driver stated that they had followed all proper procedures before the accident occurred. Ultimately, the police sided with Milania, attributing the crash to the other driver’s inattention and failure to yield the right of way.
The Giudice family’s attorney, James Leonard, confirmed that Milania was unharmed in the accident and emphasized gratitude that no one was injured. He stated, “We are extremely grateful that nobody was hurt. That’s all that matters.” Despite escaping injury, Milania’s new Mercedes-Benz had to be towed away from the scene. Representing Teresa Giudice’s family, Leonard provided information to TMZ but did not comment on the incident when requested by Page Six.
In the midst of the car crash incident, Milania Giudice celebrated her acceptance to the University of Tampa with her mother, Teresa Giudice.
