Reality TV star, Kim Zolciak, is making serious allegations against her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Zolciak, known for her appearance on “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” has filed for a confidentiality order. This order would redact specific information in the divorce documents she has submitted in their ongoing divorce case. The 45-year-old former Bravo star claims that there is a significant amount of public interest in their split and wants to protect herself amidst the media coverage of their divorce.
Accusations Against Biermann
Zolciak points the blame at Biermann, a retired NFL player, for leaking embarrassing information to the press. She alleges that he has already shared certain details about their divorce, although she does not specify what exactly has been made public. Zolciak had previously requested Biermann to agree to a confidentiality order, but he refused. As a result, she believes that he is intentionally feeding unsavory stories to reporters, which prompted her to seek intervention from the court.
Seeking a resolution to the ongoing issue, Zolciak is now asking a judge to impose a court-ordered mandate. Last month, Zolciak accused Biermann of stealing her jewelry and handbags, as seen in bodycam footage released by TMZ. She even went to the police station with a female friend to report the alleged theft. Zolciak claims that Biermann kept the items in a safe in their master bedroom, denying her access to them.
In addition to the personal disputes, Zolciak and Biermann have faced numerous financial setbacks. They were recently forced to reduce the asking price of their Georgia mansion by $1 million due to foreclosure. Biermann has previously blamed Zolciak for their financial troubles, accusing her of having a gambling addiction that caused them to lose $1.5 million during their 12-year marriage. Both parties initially filed for divorce in May 2023 before briefly reconciling.
